These Website Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the website operated by:

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company and do not form a binding contract until accepted by the Company or dispatched, whichever occurs first.
Order confirmation emails are acknowledgement of receipt only and do not constitute acceptance of your order.
The Company reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion prior to acceptance.
These Website Terms operate in addition to our Conditions of Sale (B2B Terms). In the event of conflict, the Conditions of Sale shall take precedence for business-to-business transactions.
- PAYMENT
We accept payment via:
- BACS (bank transfer)
- purchase order (where an account agreement is in place)
- credit or debit card
For online card payments, you will be redirected to a secure payment provider our approved payment gateway providers to complete your transaction.
Payment is normally taken at the point of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not store or have access to your full card details. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
In cases of suspected fraud, payment irregularity, or unauthorised activity, we reserve the right to suspend, refuse, or cancel any order.
- PRICING & VAT
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated or where a VAT-inclusive display option is selected.
VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%) where applicable, including delivery charges.
VAT will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
Where a pricing error, technical error, or obvious typographical error has occurred, we shall not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price and will notify you prior to order acceptance.
- DELIVERY
Our aim is to dispatch stocked items for next working day delivery where possible.
Orders placed and paid for before our dispatch cut-off time will normally be dispatched the same working day.
Delivery dates are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided where available. In some cases, supplier-direct shipments may result in delayed tracking updates.
Where delivery fails due to:
• incorrect delivery information,
• refusal of delivery,
• restricted access,
• lack of unloading facilities, or
• absence at the delivery address,
the Company may charge any additional delivery, storage, handling, return, re-delivery, supplier, carrier, or administrative costs reasonably incurred.
Any such charges will be notified to the customer before a re-delivery is arranged where reasonably practicable.
Re-delivery will not normally be attempted until the customer confirms revised delivery arrangements and agrees to pay any applicable additional charges.
If goods are returned to the Company following a failed delivery attempt, or remain undelivered for more than 14 days after the customer is notified of the failed delivery, the Company reserves the right to:
• arrange re-delivery at the customer’s expense;
• cancel the order; or
• treat the order as a return subject to the Company’s Cancellation and Returns Policy.
Where an order is cancelled following a failed delivery attempt, the Company may deduct any delivery, return, storage, handling, administrative, re-stocking, supplier, carrier, manufacturing, procurement, or other reasonable costs incurred before issuing any refund.
No refund shall be due, or the refund may be reduced accordingly, where the goods are non-returnable, made-to-order, fabricated, custom-built, bespoke, specially procured, or where the Company has incurred costs which cannot reasonably be recovered.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable unloading arrangements and safe access are available where required, particularly for heavy or palletised deliveries.
We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from delayed, failed, or incomplete delivery.
- STOCK & OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
You may choose to:
- wait for stock,
- select an alternative product, or
- cancel your order.
Where cancellation occurs, a cancellation fee may apply if:
- goods have entered production or procurement, or
- supplier cancellation charges apply.
Made-to-order, custom-built, fabricated, or specially procured goods may be non-cancellable once production or procurement has commenced and may be charged up to 100% of the order value.
Lead times provided are estimates only and may change due to supplier or manufacturing circumstances outside our control.
- CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch where possible.
Once goods have been dispatched, procured, manufactured, fabricated, or entered production, cancellation may not be possible or may incur charges.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where:
- goods are unavailable,
- payment cannot be authorised,
- pricing or specification errors occur,
- the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, or
- events beyond our control prevent performance.
Where we cancel an order, any payments received will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 working days, subject to payment provider processing times.
- RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
All returns must be pre-authorised. Goods returned without authorisation may be rejected.
Returned goods must be:
- unused,
- in original packaging,
- complete, and
- in resaleable condition.
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods prior to issuing any refund or credit.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Goods must be returned at the customer’s own cost and risk unless the return arises from a confirmed fault or error on our part.
Where a return is accepted, refunds will be processed within 28 days, following inspection approval using the original payment method.
Returned goods may be subject to handling or restocking charges between up to 75% depending on product type and supplier terms.
Made-to-order, fabricated, custom-built, specially procured, cut-length, orbespoke goods may:- be non-returnable once production/procurement has commenced, and/or be subject to charges up to 100% of the order value.
We reserve the right to reject goods showing signs of:
- use,
- installation,
- damage,
- modification,
- contamination, or
- incomplete packaging.
Faulty goods will be assessed and, where confirmed, repaired, replaced, or refunded as appropriate.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights where applicable.
- PRICING ERRORS
We take reasonable care to ensure all prices are correct; however, errors may occasionally occur.
Where a pricing error is identified, we will notify you and give you the option to:
- proceed at the correct price, or
- cancel the order and receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing, technical, or typographical errors.
- TAX
UK orders are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
EU business customers may be eligible for zero-rated VAT upon provision of a valid VAT registration number and subject to applicable regulations.
Export orders outside the UK may be zero-rated subject to compliance with export requirements and provision of appropriate documentation.
The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or local compliance obligations applicable in the destination country.
- CARD SECURITY
All online payments are processed via secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways including PayPal, Elavon (or successor services), and Barclays Bank.
We do not store card details on our systems.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major debit and credit cards.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve a dispute may result in suspension of account access or future order privileges.
- TITLE & RISK
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Title to the goods shall remain with the Company until payment in full has been received for:
- the goods supplied; and
- all other amounts owed by the customer to the Company.
Until title passes, the customer shall:
- store goods separately where reasonably practicable,
- keep goods identifiable as Company property,
- maintain goods in satisfactory condition, and
- keep goods insured against loss or damage.
The Company reserves the right to recover goods where payment remains outstanding.
- INSPECTION, SHORTAGES & TRANSIT DAMAGE
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any:
- shortages,
- transit damage,
- incorrect goods, or
- visible defects
must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery.
Claims for non-delivery must be reported within 7-14 days of the expected delivery date.
Failure to notify within these periods may affect our ability to investigate claims and may result in claims being rejected.
- LIABILITY (WEBSITE ORDERS)
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence,
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
- any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses,
- loss of business,
- loss of profit,
- loss of revenue,
- downtime,
- project delays,
- incorrect product selection by the customer, or
- misuse, improper installation, or incorrect application of products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application and operating environment.
Some products may require installation, testing, certification, inspection, or calibration by competent persons.
Our total liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied.
- WEBSITE INFORMATION
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, drawings, technical data, imagery, and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur.
All descriptions, specifications, illustrations, dimensions, and imagery are provided for general guidance only and do not form part of the contract unless expressly confirmed in writing.
We may update, amend, withdraw, or correct website content at any time without notice.
We accept no liability for misuse, incorrect interpretation, or incorrect selection of goods supplied.
- WEBSITE USE
This website and its contents are provided for general information purposes only.
We reserve the right to:
- suspend,
- restrict,
- withdraw, or
- amend
the website or any part of it without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the website.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- WEBSITE MISUSE
You must not:
- misuse this website,
- introduce viruses or malicious software,
- attempt unauthorised access,
- interfere with website security, or
- undertake activity which may impair website functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend access and report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
- ACCOUNT SECURITY
Where account login facilities are provided, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is suspected.
- FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control including but not limited to:
- strikes,
- labour disputes,
- transport disruption,
- supplier failure,
- shortages of materials,
- utility interruption,
- fire,
- flood,
- war,
- terrorism,
- pandemic,
- cyber-attack, or
- governmental action.
- GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- NO WAIVER
Any failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
- THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not a party to these terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any provision of these terms.
- BUSINESS TO BUSINESS TERMS
Where goods are purchased in a business capacity, the Company’s Conditions of Sale (B2B Terms) apply in addition to these Website Terms.
In the event of conflict, the Conditions of Sale shall prevail.
- PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and any other applicable data protection legislation.
Personal data collected through this website, including information provided during the ordering process, will be used for the purposes of processing and fulfilling orders, managing customer accounts, providing customer support, administering our business, and communicating with you in relation to our products and services, unless otherwise agreed through marketing consent.
